Biography
Saša Bajić graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, and following a law internship, started practicing law as an independent lawyer.
He is the founder of the Bajić & Popović Law Office.
During his long career of providing legal services to companies from a variety of industries, he specialized in commercial law, status law, banking disputes, contract law, as well as criminal law in the field of economy. As a special attorney of companies based in the Republic of Serbia, he has provided services for collection of their claims, through international procedures, especially in the territory of the Russian Federation. He is a qualified M&A negotiator.
Saša manages the Department of the Civil Procedure and Commercial Disputes within the Bajić & Popović Law Office. In that respect, he has been a guest lecturer on several panels, mostly with the topic of status and significance of the role of experts and assessors in court disputes.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Novi Sad and Vojvodina (1992).
He speaks fluent Russian.
