Biography
Milica graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad as one of the most successful students of the generation. During her studies, she participated in the world's most prestigious competition in the field of international arbitration "Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot". She completed her master's degree in international business law in 2018 with her master's thesis on the topic "Principle of Conscientiousness and Honesty in International Trade".
Milica spent part of her internship at the Basic Court in Novi Sad and she joined the Bajić & Popović Law Office in 2017. Milica's scope of work is in the areas of commercial law, law on foreigners, labour law, misdemeanor law, while she has gained in depth expertise in the field of personal data protection (GDPR) and international arbitration law. She improved her knowledge in the field of international arbitration law in 2018 by attending the "Arbitration Academy Summer Course" in Paris, as the only scholarship holder from the Republic of Serbia.
Since 2020, she has been listed as an attorney at law with the Bar Association of Vojvodina and Serbia.
She speaks English language.
